This course has been a real eye opener for me, it has been my first steps into doing my diploma of paramedical science. I highly enjoyed all aspects of the course requirements; The online learning was delivered well. The face-to-face training and work placement was where I learnt the most. All teachers and those involved in paramedical services were very helpful towards me with any questions that I asked.
The course was great online and face to face. I am very happy with myself that I decided to change my career and move forward into paramedics. The experiences I have had and the people I have met during this time is like no other! and now I can’t wait to start my career as a PTO and then continue my learning into a diploma of paramedical science.
I would like to take this time to thank all staff involved.
Working with health professionals such as Paramedics, RN’s, GP’s and Physio’s throughout this placement was inspirational and educational. Communication was difficult at first as I still felt fresh the hospital system and understanding medical terminology was still new to me, yet by the end of placement, finishing the course modules and self-researching, I feel as though I have developed a solid fundamental knowledge to hold a conversation and a general understanding of common health conditions.
This course has been an amazing opportunity and experience as it has provided me with a great baseline of knowledge of the health system, developed my pre-existing skills and has inspired me to pursue a career in health. All the staff members I worked with or met were extremely helpful and optimistic about teaching. Couldn’t recommend the course and company enough.
A career move is always a challenge.
I would like to offer a big thank you to all who I have been associated with at Paramedical, whether it be in the first aid class, the face to face training, with each shift. Everyone was great to work with, the manner of each crew member was able to guide, educate, explain at a student level to understand are to be commended. I was extremely grateful & appreciative for their time & support; all are wonderful people. Now a cannot wait to start in the role as a PTO, to help people who require our assistance.
